The individuals depicted here cover a wide spectrum of US Presidents, Civil Rights icons, HU alumni as well as the University founder Gen. Samuel Chapman Armstrong and Dr. William R. Harvey, who has served the institution as President for more than four decades. The calendar also recognizes several significant dates in Hampton University’s extraordinary 150 plus year story.
